The data for figures 1,2,3 and 6 are in CSV files. Units are included in the individual files.

The main data for measuring f_stokes - f_pump is in the subfolders. The data are arranged by numbered day, as shown in figure 7, with each day in a separate set of .csv files.

Figure 1:
(a) The singlet ground state potential is the column marked (1)0+. The triplet potential is the column marked (1)1. Numerous other higher-lying potentials are given.
(b) Feshbach states are shown up to 1400 G with binding energies up to 10 MHz. The relevant region is in the magnetic field region 180-200 G.
(c) The states are identified by their total angular moment M_F.

Figure 2:
The experimental data spreadsheet shows the number of molecules and the time for each experimental run or "shot". The points shown in figure 2 are the average and standard error of the data points for each time.

Figure 3:
We include all the data for all three traces in figure 3.

Figure 5:
The data for figure 5 are given in the "Molecule number data" subfolder. Figure 5 shows Day 1 and Day 2. We give the number of molecules measured in each experimental run. We also include the average and standard error of the frequency of the beat note between each laser and the frequency comb.

Figure 6:
We give the measured magnetic field and binding energy, and their associated errors, for the region around the initial state for STIRAP. This data is taken from Takekoshi et al. The theoretical curves are as in figure 1b.

Figure 7:
The data for this can be found in "Shift calculations\Shift calculations - summary.xlsx"

Other data:
The complete calculations of the corrections and their associated errors are in the "Shift calculations" subfolder, with further explanatory notes therein. Table 1 corresponds to Day 2.

The field calibrations for each measurement are also given. These show the microwave frequency and the populations in the F=3,m_F=+3 and F=4,m_F=-4 states, for each experimental run.
